Having Julie on my team as a product management intern was a dream! She has an innate sense of what makes a strong digital product, and her background in computer science and both physical and graphic design is the icing on the cake. Half the time when I asked Julie to complete a task, she was already thinking about it or 10 steps ahead of me. During her internship at Air, she created a knowledge database about our product completely from scratch that's still used by our entire team today, and she also transitioned us from a limited, manual feedback tracking process onto a new system with direct integrations to the tools we use to communicate with customers and internally.
